Once you’ve purchased, we’ll reach out to find a time to schedule your video consultation. You’ll then receive a link via email with details on how to join the video call.
On the call, you can show us your space, ask your questions and get feedback and advice. You can use your time as your wish, first consultations are meant to be collaborative and tailored to your needs.
Getting Ready for Your Video Call
If you have drawings, photos or inspiration images related to the space you need help with, pull them together in a document or presentation and send them to us via email. You’re welcome to share furniture and decor items you’re considering, existing items you want to work into the room or floor plans and drawings of something that’s already in motion. We’ll review these shared assets prior to your video call.
The Follow Up
If you're looking to source specific items, we’ll follow up with a document containing a handful of product recommendations for your space. If you’re looking for paint colours or fabrics, a document will follow. We source from vendors, brands and showrooms around the globe and have our own fabric, furniture and lighting collections to draw from.
